Circus Trivia, Did You Know?   Did You Know? At his circus dates, wore a different suit at every performance for good luck.

Robert "Bob" V. Snowden was a circus owner producer and promoter.

In 1960 Snowden took out the Duke of Paducah Circus, featuring Grand Ole Opry star Whitey Ford "The Duke of Paducah". The show was a great success and the following season Bob opened the King Bros circus.

Bob produced many Shrine Circuses and took shows to South and Central America and owned roadside attractions.

In the late 1950s Snowden owned a zoo in Callahan, Fl and in the 70s and 80s Chico's monkey farm just outside of Savannah, Ga.

At the time of his death he was working on another project called "Shocus", a stage show with the catch phrase "Not All Show...Not All Circus" which failed to materialize.
